Nick Davison

Nick’s expertise in health and wellbeing industry spans more than 15 years at John Lewis Partnership and Aviva Health, where he was Head of Wellbeing and Head of Strategy respectively.

Nick’s work has been featured at the CBI, House of Commons, Financial Times, CIPD, Health Foundation and Employee Benefits Live.

Nick’s practical experience is underpinned with an MBA from Henley Business School where he majored on strategic innovation and the impact of disruptive forces.

Nick has a unique blend of skills and experience across the full spectrum of design, build and implementation of health and wellbeing services which have been successfully deployed in senior management roles in market leading organisations.

Outside of work Nick balances demands by walking, painting, surfing, skiing and watching rugby union.
